With over a decade of experience in optometry, Bailee serves as the Director of the Cornea & Contact Lens Department and is a dedicated Dry Eye Specialist. Known for her compassionate approach and clinical expertise, she works closely with patients to improve not only their vision, but their overall quality of life.

Outside of work, Bailee cherishes quality time with her husband and their two daughters; whether it’s cozy evenings at home watching movies, weekend adventures, or simply enjoying a quiet walk with their dog, Milo. She also loves getting lost in a good book and soaking up the outdoors.
